Firstly i must first thank Trio's Hogwarts for allowing me to use some of their privilages. So thank you!

And i'd also like to say for everyone to double check their gender. Sometimes it says your a guy when your a girl and vise-versa (Usually after sorting)

This thread is divided into a few sections. You must read through the whole thing becaus it explains quite a bit that you must know

Section 1 - Classes:

Once we have professors for each class term will start. There are about 7 classes that are mandatory and that you must sign up for in order to move up a year. Attendance is another thing that is mandatory. You must arrive for classes. If you are not. Deduction of points will most likely be the outcome

AS you proceed in years, the information you are learning will have risen in difficulty.

Section 2 - Houses

Houses are split up into seven years, with their own dormitories, common rooms, etc.

You move up a year when you meet two important circumstances:
You are an active participent throughout the term and you complete all your homework on time and with care. Being an active participent is the most important thing and i can't stress enough how important it is

Section 3 - Earning Points

Teachers are the ones who decide most of the points. Assignments and Tests being the most important. Tests can range in an amount of any points depending on it's difficulty. The teachers will have to let me know how much. Assignments are along the same lines. The more difficult, the more points.

Stated at the end of this Charter is also a way to get points by advertising and brining students in. So be sure to read it!

A Mazimum of 10 points can be gained if a staff member sees a stufent do something good outside of classes.

Deductions may happen if rules are disobeyed

Section 4 - Advertising

This is also posted in a thread in the Hogwarts Announcements as a "Surprise" but i thought it would be good to post it here as well

We have a competition for all the members! (Admin NOT included...)

The member to get the most people to join BEFORE July 31st 2005 wins the following:
1 Banner for their site/siggy
3 Affiliate buttons
and
1 Graphic of their choice (All will be made by The Headmistress or Headmaster, with whatever pictures the winner chooses!)

I'll create a thread titled "Where did you find us?" and thats where members can post who told them about our site. The member with the most refferals wins! Its simple (if anyone doesnt understand PM me and I'll explain it to ya!)

Something that every school needs is students right?

Well the first privialge is this, if you bring someone in, and they state that you recommended them, then you will get 50 points towards your house (if a student) or the house of your choice. Don't forget that they have to tell me that you recommended them to get the points!

The next thing, is letting people know we exist and giving them directions. So, if you post the link to the site anywhere, PM me stating that you did with the link that in which you advertised it. Once I have confirmed, I will award your house (student) or the house of your choosing 50 points. Note that if the site is dead or newly created I might award you less.

If you would like to affiliate with me, please either through PM or through posting here, leve your button code and link to your site. Then go down to the bottom of my site and get the code to my button there

You will get 50 points for affiliating with me
